Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Creativemoro online store and related services. By accessing the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy, Shipping, Return & Refund, and Cancellation Policies.

Store use

You must use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with store security or operation, use automated means to scrape or misuse the Services, transmit malicious code, commit fraud, or violate another person's rights.

Product information and availability

We try to display products, options, colors, pricing, and availability accurately. Screen and material differences can affect color. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, refuse or cancel an order, or discontinue a product. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the canceled amount.

Orders and payment

An order is an offer to purchase and is not accepted until we confirm or begin fulfillment. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate order, billing, and shipping information. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Taxes and shipping charges are added when applicable.

Personalization and uploaded content

You are responsible for checking all names, dates, messages, sizes, options, and uploaded files before ordering. You represent that you own or have all necessary rights and permissions to use any text, image, logo, likeness, trademark, or other content you submit and to authorize us and our providers to reproduce it solely to process, produce, support, and fulfill your order.

You may not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, threatening, sexually exploitative, or otherwise harmful. We may reject or cancel an order containing prohibited content. If we cancel for prohibited customer-supplied content before production, we will refund the product amount as appropriate, excluding costs already reasonably incurred where permitted by law.

Intellectual property

Except for customer-supplied content, the store and its text, graphics, branding, original designs, software, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Creativemoro and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No license is granted except the limited right to use the Services for personal shopping.

Third-party services

The Services may use Shopify and third-party payment, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, advertising, or other providers. Their services may be governed by additional terms. We are not responsible for third-party sites that we do not control.

Reviews and feedback

If you submit a review or feedback, you grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with the store and marketing, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy. You must have the right to submit it and must not include unlawful or misleading content.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not exclude warranties or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creativemoro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Creativemoro against third-party claims arising from content you submit, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

Changes and severability

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
